Music Small Group (Choir and Praise Band)

The Good Samaritan UMC has a wonderfully vibrant music program, combining both Contemporary and Traditional music styles, to serve our church community. Our music for Sunday worship time and special services is led by our wonderful Singers and Musicians in the Praise Band and Choir. We like the idea that God counts music amongst the most powerful of tools to open hearts and help people come into an attitude of worship, ever deepening our personal relationships with each other, and God. We strive to share music that supports this principle. It is a joy to share fellowship through learning music together; whether rehearsal, worship, and special events, music is one of many ways that we connect with each other and the greater community.

There are many opportunities to contribute to the music program; whether a music professional or arts-loving amateur, we invite you to join in the fun and share your talents.

Choir – Thursdays 7:30-9pm
Praise Band – Wednesdays 7:30-9pm
