Facility Use at Good Sam
Our facility is available for use for church events and sometimes outside groups based on availability and first priority for church events.
Please fill out this new form for any regular meetings or facility use for 2010 so we can have an accurate calendar. Email it back to the church office, or print it and mail it to the church office.
Remember, every time you need a space in the church for a meeting or other function, reserve it through this form to the office!
